(Sept. 27-28) – Chalk up a third “W” in as many visits this season to Cardinal Speedway for Vince Ogle.Ogle led all 20 laps in winning Saturday’s IMCA Xtreme Motor Sports Modified Blake Raulston Memorial main event at Eunice. The $1,000 victory put him on the ballot for next September’s Fast Shafts All-Star Invitational. “I’ve been very lucky at Cardinal. I’ve been there three times and I’ve won three times,” said the former track champion, most recently the winner at Cardinal’s Sheen Memorial in July. “I definitely go there every chance I get.”Phillip Houston kept the pressure on much of the way.
